SocialMedia.ie is an iia Net Visionary Award winner!
It was a great honour to pick up the Irish Internet Association (iia) Net Visionary Award on behalf of the team at SocialMedia.ie last night in the fabulous venue the National Gallery of Ireland.
The award is for ‘Best Use of Social Media’ and as specialists in social media this is obviously a great accolade.
I think our campaign video had a big part to play to thanks to Martin Moylan (Director) and William Peat (Newsreader) in particular for their help!  Thanks to everyone who kindly voted for us!
Congratulations to the other people shortlisted and winners which  included our good friend and connector.TV blogger James Whelton!
Thanks to Joan, Vicky and Ailbhe for organising such a great event and after party in Cafe en Seine and the after after party in Leggs!  The full list of winners is on Adland.
