Social media presentation at Showcase Ireland

I had the pleasure of being booked for 3 days to make short presentations for 40 mins at Showcase Ireland Exhibition at the RDS.  I was asked to talk about ’Meeting your customer in the new marketplace’ and I therefore looked at some sites like Facebook & Etsy.com as it was for the arts & crafts sector at an event run by the Crafts Council.  Thanks to Gene Murphy & Mary Jennings for the kind invitation.
